What to expect from our office
We do everything we can to accommodate our patients. We'll work with you to find appointments and financing that works for you. It's our mission to help as many people as possible gain the resources they need to be able to find the oral care and education they need.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Our office is committed to helping maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at time of service. As a service, we will bill insurance companies for services & allow 45 days for payment.
After 60 days, you are responsible for balance.
